The man will receive a month-to-month stipend ($1,200) to help their skilled growth, mentorship, management and communication coaching, help for convention & participation in the 2018 ASEAN Committee on Science and Technology (VALUE) assembly in the Philippines, and access to a rising network of scientists throughout the region.
